Double-leaf entrance doors for villa fronts

The Yujing series is the double-leaf entrance line of the AURORA range. The catalogue prints it on printed pages 063 to 067 across two families of leaf: a French double leaf with panelled faces and a modern double leaf with flush or grooved faces. Each opening pairs two leaves that swing from the outer stiles, so the whole width clears in one movement. The scenes set the pair into villa fronts in stone, render and painted plaster, with matching sidelights where the wall is wider than the door. Every image and every line on this page is taken from the production catalogue.

Key features

Four things it brings to the opening

01French and modern leaf facesThe catalogue prints the series as two families, a French double leaf with raised panels and a modern double leaf with a flush or grooved face, and both run on the same double-swing frame.
02Sealed double-leaf assemblyThe pair meets on a central stile and seats on an automotive-grade sealing strip, the part the catalogue ties to its sound, thermal, water and air ratings.
03Thermal-break aluminium frameThe leaf is built on an aluminium frame with thermal-break profiles and PA66 insulation strips, the build the catalogue names across the entrance range.
04Smart-lock readyThe catalogue hardware pages list the L8 face lock with an optional palmar-vein function, the N6 fingerprint lock and the F3 to F6 embedded locks, together with the H3 horizontal handle.

Frame, structure and glazing

The leaf is built on an aluminium frame with thermal-break profiles, and the catalogue lists the same structural build across the entrance range: aviation-grade aluminium plate, a 1.0 mm steel plate, a B1 flame-retardant board, an automotive-grade sealing strip, PA66 insulation strips and an aluminium backboard. Glazing is tempered glass, held in the frame or in a grid of grille bars. The French leaf carries a raised panel face; the modern leaf keeps the face flush or grooved. Leaf sizes, wall openings and glass build-up are quoted against the project opening.

The catalogue shows the pair with and without fixed sidelights, so a wide front can read as one glazed line across the wall.

Performance ratings from the catalogue

The catalogue prints the performance of the double-leaf series on printed page 061 as five ratings: sound insulation level 5, thermal insulation level 8, water tightness level 8, air tightness level 8 and wind-pressure resistance level 9. These are catalogue ratings, taken as printed, and they describe the sealed door assembly rather than a measured test result for a single opening. The sealing strip and the thermal-break profiles named in the structural build are the parts the catalogue ties to those ratings.

Finishes and hardware

The catalogue carries no colour card for the Yujing double leaf, so the finish is confirmed against the catalogue and physical samples on request. The scenes show the pair in dark navy, charcoal, black and timber-tone faces. Hardware runs to the smart-lock options the catalogue lists on printed page 095: the L8 face lock with an optional palmar-vein function, the N6 fingerprint lock and the F3 to F6 embedded split locks, together with the H3 horizontal handle. The brochure prints no RAL numbers for this series, so a project colour is matched against a physical sample.

OEM and project supply

The Yujing double entrance door leaves the factory on the same private-label basis as the rest of the AURORA range: own-brand packing, project documentation and export-standard containers. A profile set and a finished test door are available for review before a project commits, and the leaf layout, the glazing and the hardware set are fixed against the opening. Send the opening size, the leaf style and the destination market, and the quotation returns with the full dimensional pack.

FAQ

Asked on every Yujing series project

What is the Yujing double entrance door?

It is the double-leaf entrance line of the AURORA range, printed on catalogue pages 063 to 067 as a French panelled leaf and a modern flush or grooved leaf on one double-swing frame.

What performance does the catalogue give?

Five catalogue ratings: sound insulation level 5, thermal insulation level 8, water tightness level 8, air tightness level 8 and wind-pressure resistance level 9, taken as printed for the sealed assembly.

Which glass and structure does it use?

Tempered glass in the leaf or in a grid of grille bars, on an aluminium frame with thermal-break profiles and PA66 insulation strips, per the catalogue structural list.

Is it available with sidelights?

Yes. The catalogue shows the pair with matched fixed sidelights where the wall is wider than the door, as in the stone-front scenes.

Which finishes are offered?

The catalogue prints no colour card for this series, so the finish is confirmed against the catalogue and physical samples on request, with dark navy, charcoal, black and timber tones shown in the scenes.

Can we sample it before ordering?

Yes. A profile set and a finished test door are available on request, with the lead time confirmed on the enquiry.
