Solutions
Solutions for Aluminium Windows and Doors
Buyers reach Adam Alux for four different jobs. One wants a series drawn to its own specification. One is replacing an existing opening in a renovation. One is ordering a full schedule of windows and doors against a delivery plan. One needs the drawings, the hardware layout and the conformity papers behind a decision. Each job has its own page under this section. Behind all four stands the same plant: 6063-T5 profiles extruded in-house, three production bases in China, and a quotation that returns with its dimensional pack.

Four tracks, one plant
The four pages under Solutions follow the way a project actually moves. A specifier starts from a series, whether that is an existing line reconfigured or a new die drawn from a drawing. A renovation owner starts from the opening that already sits in the wall. A developer starts from a schedule of units, floors and delivery dates. And every one of them ends in the same place: a quotation with the dimensional pack on PDF, the hardware layout and the certificate documentation. Pick the page that matches the starting point.
Custom series development
The OEM and ODM page covers series work: a new profile set drawn to a client drawing, an existing series reconfigured to a different glass build-up or hardware line, and private-label packing for a buyer's own brand. Profiles are extruded in-house in 6063-T5, and the die, the section drawing and the first sample set are part of the same programme. The page lists what the development intake needs and what comes back at each stage.
Retrofit and replacement
Renovation work starts from the opening, not the catalogue. The retrofit page covers frames and sashes drawn to existing rough openings, finishes matched to the surrounding facade by RAL number, and the documentation a project needs to check the replacement before anything is cut. A sample profile set and a finished test unit are available before the project commits.
Project supply
The developer page is the project supply track: a full schedule of windows and doors configured as one quotation, packed in export-standard containers and delivered against the project plan. It covers how the schedule is sent, what the quotation returns, and how series, glazing and finish are confirmed for each unit type.
Technical documentation
Every Adam Alux quotation returns with its documentation: the dimensional pack on PDF, CAD drawings on request, the hardware layout for the lock and hinge points, and the CE attestation to EN 14351-1, no. M.2024.206.C101817, where a project has to file conformity papers. The downloads page lists what ships and how to request the set for a series.
FAQ
Frequently asked
Which page should our project start on?
The starting point decides the page. A new or reconfigured series starts on custom series development. Replacing openings in an existing building starts on retrofit and replacement. A full schedule of units starts on project supply. When the question is what documentation a quotation returns, the downloads page lists it.
Can Adam Alux build a series to our own drawing?
Yes. Custom die development runs from a client drawing or a specification, the profile set is extruded in-house in 6063-T5, and the section drawings come back with the dimensional pack. Private-label packing is part of the same programme. The intake format is on the OEM and ODM page.
What do you need for a retrofit order?
The opening dimensions, the wall type the new frame sits in, the destination market, and the existing finish to match where the facade is already painted or anodised. The reply is a series and a configuration, with the dimensional pack and the finish reference.
What ships with the quotation?
The dimensional pack on PDF, CAD drawings on request, the hardware layout, and the certificate documentation where a project needs it. The CE attestation to EN 14351-1 is no. M.2024.206.C101817. The downloads page lists each item.
Can a renovation project get staged delivery?
The delivery plan is confirmed with the quotation, against the project schedule. Packing is in export-standard containers, and the series, glazing and finish are fixed per unit type so each delivery matches the phase it lands in.
