Everything below says what to send so the first reply is useful rather than a request for more information.

What to send with an enquiry
Four things turn an enquiry into a quotation: the opening dimensions, or a schedule if there are many; the series or opening type you have in mind, or the performance the opening has to meet; the finish, as a catalogue colour or a RAL reference; and the destination market, which decides the certification, the glazing build-up and the packing.
If the opening is not measured yet, send a photograph of the site or a hand sketch of the schedule. A series can still be recommended from it.

Certification and documents
The CE attestation to EN 14351-1 held for the range, the dimensional pack, CAD drawings and the finish sheet are issued with the quotation rather than published as a general download, because each is written for a specific series and opening. The certificate itself, its number and its validity can be checked on the quality page.
Response time
Enquiries that arrive with the four pieces above are answered with a quotation and the dimensional pack. Where a drawing has to be produced for a non-standard opening, the drawing comes first and the quotation follows it. Messages that arrive outside China business hours are picked up the next working day.

Do you have an email address or a contact form?
