Aluminium doors for hotels
A hotel door takes more traffic in one month than a villa door takes in a decade, and it is judged twice: by the guest who pushes it, and by the corridor that has to stay closed. Adam Alux has run aluminium window and door production since 1997 across three bases in China, and the hospitality package is built from the entrance, fire-rated and glazing ranges.

What a hotel project needs from its doors
Three different doors sit inside one hotel. The entrance door is the one the guest photographs: heavy, sealed, and usually glazed or faced with a panel. The guest-room and corridor doors have a different job, which is to close, stay closed, and hold a rating where the escape route requires one. Lobby and restaurant glazing is a third line of work again, where the opening size matters more than the leaf.
Sector rules, not supplier preference, set the ratings on escape routes; the ratings commonly called for are 20, 45, 60 and 90 minutes.
Entrance styles, rated lines and lobby glazing
The entrance range runs nine styles, from the Dingrui art line with its faceted or carved cast faces through the wave, anyue, jiahe, yujing, art, jingdian, yingfei and xiangyun designs. They are drawn as single-leaf swing doors, with or without a fixed sidelight, on a thermal-break aluminium frame.
For guest-room and escape-route openings Adam Alux builds four fire-rated door lines, on leaves carried over a B1 flame-retardant board with a honeycomb core. Lobby glazing usually lands on the 95 sliding window: 95 mm depth, 1.4 mm walls, 2-track or 3-track layouts with ball-bearing rollers, and 5-20 A-5 mm insulating glass standard. Ratings and the documentation that applies to your assembly are confirmed against your project at quotation.
What ships with the quotation
The quotation arrives with the dimensional pack: section drawings, leaf sizes, hardware layout and the frame detail for each opening, in PDF with CAD on request. Entrance leaves carry a hardware schedule instead of a glass build-up, listing the face lock, the embedded locks and the handle selected from the range.
Sample profiles and a finished test door are available on request before a room count is released to production, and private-label packing is available for operator brands.
What to send to start
Send the entrance elevation, the guest-room and corridor door schedule with opening sizes, the fire ratings those openings are held to, and the lobby glass sizes with the finish direction for each.
For a phased hotel, add the floor count per phase. The entrance package usually quotes first because it sets the finish, and the room doors follow on the same colour reference.

Which entrance styles suit a hotel front door?

Yes. Windows and doors come off the same finishing line, so RAL matching and two-tone exterior and interior faces can be held across both. The colour reference is agreed once and carried through the entrance doors, the room doors and the lobby glazing.
What does a hotel package include in the quotation?
A dimensional pack per opening, a hardware schedule for the entrance and room doors, and the glazing build-up for the lobby glass. CAD follows on request. A sample profile set and one finished test door can be shipped before production is released.
Can entrance doors be packed under the hotel brand?
Yes. Private-label packing is part of the standard supply terms, and export-standard containers are used throughout. The packing schedule is agreed at quotation, together with the finish reference and the delivery phase the cartons belong to.
