Spec Sheets and Dimensional Packs for Your Opening
Everything a project needs ships with the quotation: the spec sheet, the dimensional pack, the hardware layout and the packing plan, written for the series and the opening you are quoting and sent to you on PDF over WhatsApp. Adam Alux Systems has produced aluminium windows, doors and profiles since 1997 across three bases in China and supplies export markets. The dimensional pack on PDF
Every quotation carries a dimensional pack. It sets out the section drawings and the frame or sash dimensions for the series you are quoting, so a fabricator or a contractor can read the profile against the opening rather than working from a general catalogue figure. The pack is issued on PDF, and it is the document most projects start with.
CAD drawings on request
Where the workshop needs the geometry in its own drafting software, CAD drawings of the sections are supplied on request. That lets the cut list and the shop drawing be set against the same numbers the factory works to. The CAD set follows the same series and configuration as the PDF pack, so nothing drifts between the two.
The hardware layout
The pack also covers hardware: the multi-point lock layout, the hinges or the roller set that suits the series, and where each piece sits on the frame. A workshop planning a fabrication line wants this before it orders tooling, and it is part of the standard quotation rather than an extra.
The finish and colour sheet
Each series carries its own finish list, from the standard anodised and thermally transferred colours to the fluorocarbon coats. RAL matching and two-tone exterior and interior work are set out on the same sheet, so the colour is fixed with the rest of the specification rather than after it.
The packing plan
For an export order, the pack closes with a packing plan: how the units or the loose profiles are protected and loaded for the container. It is written around the sea leg and the destination, and it matches the private-label packing where the order runs under a customer's own brand.
How the pack reaches you

Where the opening is not fixed yet, send a photo of the site or a sketch of the schedule instead of a dimension list, and a series can still be recommended from it.
Who needs which document

Is the CE declaration valid for my market?
The window and door range holds CE attestation under EN 14351-1, certificate no. M.2024.206.C101817 from UDEM. Where the destination market carries its own standard, the certificate page sets out the covered scope, and the matching documents for the order are confirmed with the quotation.
Can the pack be issued under our own brand name?
Yes, where the order runs under a private label, the documentation, from the dimensional pack to the loading list, is issued on your letterhead. The OEM and ODM page carries that route in full.
What about MOQ?
The pack does not carry a fixed minimum, because the quantity depends on the series and the opening. Each quotation lists the quantity per series for the container plan, with the dimensional pack alongside, and sample profiles and a finished test unit are available before you commit to production. WhatsApp is the quickest channel for MOQ and pricing.
