Adam Alux Systems: Aluminium Extrusion Factory in China
Adam Alux Systems has extruded and assembled aluminium windows and doors since 1997, and now runs three production bases in China. The plant extrudes 6063-T5 primary aluminium in house and builds the 35 series that make up the window and door range. Supply runs to fabricators, developers and OEM partners in export markets.

What the factory does
Adam Alux is an aluminium window and door manufacturer and exporter. Extrusion, finishing and assembly sit in the same plant: profiles are pressed from 6063-T5 primary aluminium on the plant's own lines, finished in anodised, thermal transfer or fluorocarbon coats, and built into the window and door series the catalogue carries. Profile supply runs alongside the finished units, so a fabricator can buy sections rather than whole windows.
The range
The catalogue holds 35 series, 28 door and 7 window. The window lines run from the 50 casement at a 1.2 mm wall through the 95 sliding window and the 126 panorama system at 1.4 mm, up to the 112 and 118 thermal-break casements at 2.0 mm. The door lines cover sliding, casement, folding, pivot, entrance and automatic systems, from the slim 35X16 sliding leaf to the 40 mm heavy frame. Custom die sections are quoted where a project needs a shape outside the range.
Production and quality
Extrusion runs in house, which keeps the grade and the tolerances inside one plant: 6063-T5 primary aluminium, chosen for strength, hardness and resistance to cracking, and shared across the window and door series. Profiling is followed by the finishing lines, and every batch is checked against the shop drawings before it is packed. The windows and doors carry a CE attestation to EN 14351-1, certificate number M.2024.206.C101817.
How supply works
A project enquiry is quoted against the opening: dimensions, series and destination market go in, and a quotation with the dimensional pack comes back, on PDF with CAD drawings on request. A sample profile set and a finished test unit are available before a project commits. Orders ship in export-standard containers, with private-label packing where the customer works under its own brand.
Working with Adam Alux
Fabricators use the plant as a profile supply line, developers and importers buy finished windows and doors, and OEM partners build the 35 series under their own label. Every route starts the same way, with the opening and the market, and every route ends the same way, with the documentation and the packing set for the container.

Frequently asked
How long has Adam Alux been producing aluminium windows and doors?
Since 1997. The company now runs three production bases in China and supplies fabricators, developers and OEM partners in export markets.
Do you extrude your own profiles?
Yes. Extrusion runs in house from 6063-T5 primary aluminium, the grade used across the window and door series, chosen for strength, hardness and resistance to cracking. Finishing and assembly sit in the same plant.
What does the range cover?
35 series, 28 door and 7 window, from the 50 casement window at a 1.2 mm wall through to the 112 and 118 thermal-break casements at 2.0 mm, plus sliding, folding, pivot and entrance door systems. Custom sections are quoted outside the range.
