Only where it is needed to deliver what you asked for: freight forwarders and couriers to move a shipment, the bank or payment provider handling a transfer, customs brokers and authorities where an export declaration requires it, and the service providers that host our email and messaging. Our team and our production base are in China, so information you send is processed there. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the project returns, then deleted. Records tied to a completed order, including invoices and export documents, are kept for the period the applicable tax and customs law requires. You can ask us to delete an enquiry earlier, and we will unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
How it is protected
Access to enquiry records is limited to the sales and technical staff who answer them. Drawings and site photographs are held in access-controlled storage rather than on an open drive. WhatsApp messages are protected by WhatsApp's own end-to-end encryption in transit. No system is perfect, and we will tell you without delay if a breach affects information you sent us.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct anything wrong, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to the processing. You can also ask for your information in a portable format.
