Door Systems · Fire-rated
Four fire-rated lines.
One tested build.
The fire-rated range runs four application lines from the hotel lobby to the school corridor: single-leaf timber leaves, the unequal double leaf, and steel faces with a panic bar. Every leaf is built on a B1 flame-retardant board over a honeycomb core and is published at 20, 45, 60 and 90 minutes across the AS, EN and UL standards the catalogue lists. Each application ships as a tested build, with the frame and the ironmongery matched.

Values from the production catalogue
Four ways the fire-rated line holds up.
Tested build
The leaf, the frame and the ironmongery arrive matched to one tested build, so the published rating applies to the assembly as it is installed, not to the leaf on its own.
B1 board, honeycomb core
Every timber leaf carries a B1 flame-retardant board over a honeycomb core. The metal line adds a steel face with a panic bar, or a steel frame with a timber leaf.
Four ratings
The catalogue marks the range at 20, 45, 60 and 90 minutes. The standards listed are AS 1905.1, AS 1530.4, EN 1634-1, CAN/ULCS104 and UL.
Four applications
Hotel lobbies take the single-leaf timber door, flats take the entry leaf, schools and hospitals take the SDS and HPS lines with the unequal double leaf, and steel faces cover the industrial openings.
The four lines
One build, four applications.
Each line is drawn for a setting: the hotel lobby, the flat entry, the school and hospital corridor, and the steel-faced industrial opening. The cards carry the catalogue-verified facts; each page adds the full specification, gallery and FAQ.
