Ripple wood-grain entrance doors

The Wave series is the ripple wood-grain line shown inside the high-end art section of the AURORA entrance range. The catalogue prints it on printed page 011 as WAVE SERIES DOORS, with the lead piece M-007 and further pieces M-008 and M-009. The leaf carries a carved ripple pattern that reads as moving wood grain, cut in relief so the surface shifts with the light. The scenes set the leaf into a white render and stone villa entrance, with a fixed glass sidelight beside the door. Every image and every line on this page is taken from the production catalogue.

Key features

Four things it brings to the opening

01Ripple wood-grain faceThe catalogue draws the leaf with a carved ripple pattern that reads as moving wood grain, cut across the full face so the surface shifts with the light.
02Warm grain toneThe pieces are shown in warm wood tones, so the carved face sits beside render and stone villa fronts as a timber-tone leaf held in aluminium.
03Sealed entrance buildThe carved leaf is built on a thermal-break aluminium frame with an automotive-grade sealing strip and PA66 insulation strips, the build the catalogue names across the entrance range.
04Smart-lock readyThe hardware pages list the L8 face lock with an optional palmar-vein function, the N6 fingerprint lock and the F3 to F6 embedded locks with motor linkage, plus the H3 horizontal handle.

Carved face and structure

The carved leaf sits on a thermal-break aluminium frame, and the catalogue lists the same structural build across the entrance range: aviation-grade aluminium plate, a 1.0 mm steel plate, a B1 flame-retardant board, an automotive-grade sealing strip, PA66 insulation strips and an aluminium or wooden backboard. The ripple pattern is cut across the full leaf face, and the catalogue shows the pieces in warm wood tones. Sidelights are tempered glass where the catalogue draws them. Leaf sizes, wall openings and glass build-up are quoted against the project opening.

Performance ratings from the catalogue

The catalogue gives the entrance range five ratings, printed on page 061: sound insulation level 5, thermal insulation level 8, water tightness level 8, air tightness level 8 and wind-pressure resistance level 9. They are catalogue ratings, kept as printed, and they cover the sealed door assembly rather than a single measured opening. The sealing strip and the thermal-break profiles named in the structural list are the parts the catalogue links to those ratings.

Finishes and hardware

The catalogue prints no colour card for the Wave leaf, so the finish is confirmed against the catalogue and physical samples on request; the scenes show warm wood-grain tones. Hardware runs to the smart-lock options the catalogue lists on printed page 095: the L8 face lock with an optional palmar-vein function, the N6 fingerprint lock and the F3 to F6 embedded split locks, together with the H3 horizontal handle. The brochure prints no RAL numbers for this series, so a project colour is matched against a physical sample.

OEM and project supply

The Wave entrance door leaves the factory on the same private-label basis as the rest of the AURORA range: own-brand packing, project documentation and export-standard containers. A profile set and a finished test door are available for review before a project commits, and the carved face, the sidelight and the hardware set are fixed against the opening. Send the opening size, the leaf style and the destination market, and the quotation returns with the full dimensional pack.
