Thermal break at volume price points
The 110 series five-chamber casement window is the volume line of our thermal-break range: a 110 mm deep profile with a polyamide bridge, 1.4 mm wall thickness and a five-chamber body that balances stiffness, insulation and cost for high-volume residential and mixed-use projects.
It is our default recommendation when a specification calls for a thermal-break casement at volume price points. The multi-point hardware layout, EPDM foam sealing and standard 5-20A-5 insulating glass are part of the base configuration.

Profile & engineering
The five chambers are arranged around the thermal-break bridge. The outer ones manage drainage and stiffen the sash against wind load; the inner ones carry the glazing bead and the hardware. The 1.4 mm wall thickness is the entry point of the thermal-break line, sized for standard residential lights. Where the project needs extra section stiffness, the six-chamber 2.0 version of the same 110 line takes over. Standard glass is 5 mm-20 A-5 mm insulating, with integrated bent spacer bars, and single, double and triple glazing configurations fit the same sight-line.
Where it performs
Residential towers, townhouse blocks, school and hospital buildings, and other projects specified to a thermal-break casement with a volume budget. The multi-point locking layout and EPDM perimeter seal hold up across large sashes and high-rise exposure.
Finishes & customisation
Standard colours are sand grey and coffee, each available for exterior and interior faces. RAL matching and two-tone exterior/interior combinations are supported on the thermal-transfer line. The insect screen is standard: high-transparency, corrosion-resistant mesh.
