110 Series 6-Chamber Casement Window 2.0

The 2.0 step-up: 6 chambers, 2.0 mm, same module.

110 SIX CHAMBER THERMAL-BREAK CASEMENT WINDOW 2.0 · application scenes

Six chambers and 2.0 mm wall in the same module

The six-chamber 2.0 version of the 110 series adds a sixth chamber and a 2.0 mm wall thickness to the same 110 mm line. It is the step up for larger lights, taller floors and exposed facades that need more section stiffness from the same window module size.

Because the module geometry matches the 1.4 mm version, projects can mix the two across floors, larger lights in 2.0 and standard lights in 1.4, from a single profile order.

Built-in features

Eight features, standard on the line.

  • 016063-T5 A-grade primary aluminium · high strength, high crack resistance
  • 02Multi-chamber profile body: layered sound insulation, thermal blocking, higher pressure resistance
  • 035 mm insulating glass with integrated bent spacer bars
  • 04Thermal-break design forming an effective cold/hot bridge barrier, cutting overall energy use
  • 05High-transparency, rust- and corrosion-resistant insect screen · better daylight, stronger insect protection
  • 06EPDM foam gaskets, aging-resistant, raising the sealing and water-tightness grades
  • 07Drainage design for fast water discharge and easy cleaning
  • 08Low-profile glazing bead resists dust build-up, widens the sightline and lifts the wind-load index

Profile & engineering

The sixth chamber works the glass edge: it carries a wider glazing bead with a low dust-trap profile, which opens the sight-line and improves the wind-load index. At 2.0 mm, the sash section holds larger single lights without intermediate mullions, and the polyamide bridge keeps the thermal-break performance of the line. Standard insulating glass is 5 mm-20 A-5 mm; triple-glazed and larger-cavity configurations follow the series specification. Multi-point locking and EPDM foam gaskets are standard.

Where it performs

High-rise residential, apartment towers, lake- and sea-view buildings: window lights that run wide and wind loads that climb with the floor. The 2.0 version is the usual step-up specification once a project outgrows the 1.4 mm version but does not need the 112 or 118.

Finishes & customisation

Standard colours are sand grey and coffee on the exterior face, with metallic grey available on the interior and two-tone combinations supported. RAL matching is available on the thermal-transfer line, and the high-transparency insect screen is standard.

OEM & project supply

The same OEM programme as the rest of the window range: private-label packing, documentation, export-standard containers. Profile samples and a finished test window are quoted against your module and glazing.

Market versions

The same series, quoted for your market

Each market page adds the local section on top of the published specification: the codes and certification position, the glazing the schedule calls for, and the container plan.

FAQ

Asked on every 110x series project

What is the difference between the 110 series 1.4 and 2.0 versions?

The 2.0 version adds a sixth chamber and increases wall thickness from 1.4 mm to 2.0 mm, giving higher section stiffness for larger lights, while keeping the same 110 mm module geometry.

Can we mix the 1.4 and 2.0 versions in one project?

Yes · the module geometry matches, so larger lights can run in 2.0 and standard lights in 1.4 from a single profile order.

Do you support OEM / private label on this series?

Yes · RAL-matched finishes, private-label packaging and project documentation are part of our standard OEM programme.
