Cast-aluminium one-piece entrance doors

The Anyue series is the one-door-one-scene line of the AURORA entrance range, printed from printed page 043 as section 045P, with eight pieces running from M-001 to M-008. The catalogue builds the leaf as one cast-aluminium body: the piece is cast in one pour with no joints, and the architectural relief is cast into the face rather than applied. The scenes set the leaf into villa entrances in stone and render, some with a fixed glass panel beside the door. Every image and every line on this page is taken from the production catalogue.

Key features

Four things it brings to the opening

01One-piece cast leafThe catalogue casts the leaf as one aluminium body with no joints, so the architectural relief runs unbroken across the face.
02Cast-in reliefThe pattern is cast into the face rather than applied, and the mould leaves the natural grain the catalogue compares to stone, timber and bronze.
03Differentiated thermal-break buildThe cast leaf sits on the thermal-break system the catalogue prints on page 043, from an aviation-grade aluminium plate and a 1.0 mm steel plate through B1 flame-retardant board, PA66 insulation strip and automotive-grade sealing strip to the aluminium or wooden backboard.
04Smart-lock readyThe hardware pages list the L8 face lock with an optional palmar-vein function, the N6 fingerprint lock and the F3 to F6 embedded locks with motor linkage, plus the H3 horizontal handle.

Cast body and structure

The cast-aluminium leaf sits on a thermal-break aluminium frame. The catalogue prints the structure of the series as a differentiated thermal-break system on printed page 043, from an aviation-grade aluminium plate and a standard 1.0 mm steel plate through a B1 level flame-retardant board, a thermal-break profile, an automotive-grade sealing strip and a PA66 insulation strip to an aluminium or wooden backboard. The cast face carries the natural grain of the mould, so the same leaf reads as stone, timber or bronze. Leaf sizes, wall openings and glass build-up are quoted against the project opening.

Performance ratings from the catalogue

The catalogue gives the entrance range five ratings, printed on page 061: sound insulation level 5, thermal insulation level 8, water tightness level 8, air tightness level 8 and wind-pressure resistance level 9. They are catalogue ratings, kept as printed, and they describe the sealed door assembly rather than a measured test result for one opening. The sealing strip, the PA66 insulation strip and the thermal-break profiles named in the structural list are the parts the catalogue ties to those ratings.

Finishes and hardware

The catalogue carries no colour card for the Anyue leaf, so the finish is confirmed against the catalogue and physical samples on request; the scenes show the cast face in charcoal, deep brown and stone tones. Hardware runs to the smart-lock options the catalogue lists on printed page 095: the L8 face lock with an optional palmar-vein function, the N6 fingerprint lock and the F3 to F6 embedded split locks with motor linkage, together with the H3 horizontal handle. The brochure prints no RAL numbers for this series, so a project colour is matched against a physical sample.

OEM and project supply

The Anyue entrance door leaves the factory on the same private-label basis as the rest of the AURORA range: own-brand packing, project documentation and export-standard containers. A profile set and a finished test door are available for review before a project commits, and the cast face pattern, the glass panel and the hardware set are fixed against the opening. Send the opening size, the face pattern and the destination market, and the quotation returns with the full dimensional pack.

FAQ

Asked on every Anyue series project

What is the Anyue one-piece cast-aluminium entrance door?

It is the one-door-one-scene line of the AURORA entrance range, printed from catalogue page 043 as section 045P, with eight pieces from M-001 to M-008. The leaf is cast as one aluminium body with no joints.

How is the cast face different from an applied panel?

The catalogue casts the piece in one pour and casts the architectural relief into the face rather than applying it, so the pattern runs unbroken and the mould leaves a natural grain.

What performance does the catalogue give?

Five catalogue ratings printed on page 061: sound insulation level 5, thermal insulation level 8, water tightness level 8, air tightness level 8 and wind-pressure resistance level 9, taken as printed for the sealed assembly.

Which structure does it use?

The differentiated thermal-break system the catalogue prints on page 043: aviation-grade aluminium plate, a 1.0 mm steel plate, a B1 flame-retardant board, a thermal-break profile, an automotive-grade sealing strip, a PA66 insulation strip and an aluminium or wooden backboard.

Which finishes are offered?

The catalogue prints no colour card for this series, so the finish is confirmed against the catalogue and physical samples on request, with charcoal, deep brown and stone tones shown in the scenes.

Can we sample it before ordering?

Yes. A profile set and a finished test door are available on request, with the lead time confirmed on the enquiry.
