Stainless Steel Bar Handle for Aluminium Doors

Bar handles in mirror, brushed and black-titanium finishes, across five bar shapes.

STAINLESS STEEL BAR HANDLE

Bar handles in three finishes

The stainless line is a family of bar handles rather than a single pull. Bars are supplied in mirror, brushed and black-titanium finishes, so one shape can run from a polished lobby door to a matt interior leaf without a change to the fixing or the drilling. The bar carries the grip; the mounts and the aluminium parts are turned on the same extrusion and finishing lines as the rest of the range.

Finish is quoted with the model, because the same catalogue number is ordered in whichever of the three finishes the project calls for. That keeps the hardware schedule short: one shape, three finish codes.

Key features

Four things it brings to the fit-up

01Three finishes on one shapeMirror, brushed and black titanium run on the same bar shape, so the finish changes without changing the drilling.
02Five bar shapesBar, bent, Y, oval and wave cover a plain pull, a lifted grip and a shaped run from one family.
03Model number fixes the centresEach catalogue model carries its own mounting centres, so the schedule and the drill plan line up.
04Aluminium parts in-houseThe aluminium components are extruded in-house from 6063-T5 primary aluminium on the same lines as the range.

Shapes across the range

Five bar shapes are listed: bar, bent, Y, oval and wave. The straight bar is the plainest pull and the easiest to line up across a pair of leaves. The bent and Y forms lift the grip away from the door face, which suits a thicker leaf or a recessed opening. The oval bar keeps a rounded section in the hand, and the wave form adds a shaped run to the pull.

Representative catalogue models run across the shapes: JBM-8082, JBM-907, JBM-8239 through JBM-8247, JBM-8058A, JBM-8801, JBM-824 and JBM-825A. Projects usually pick one shape and finish for the whole floor and take the model numbers from this range.

Models and project use

Stainless bar handles are ordered by model number, and the model fixes the shape and the mounting centres. Because the family covers long pulls as well as short ones, one schedule can cover entrance doors, interior leaves and heavier glazed doors without mixing families. The black-titanium finish is normally chosen where the door profile is dark and the handle is meant to sit into the frame line; mirror and brushed are chosen where the pull is meant to read as a bright or satin detail.

All of it is catalogue hardware, quoted with the doors and windows and shipped in the same consignment. Fit-up notes for the drill centres travel with the model number in the quotation. Where a project changes finish part-way, the model numbers stay the same and only the finish code moves.

Supply and packing

The range sits inside the handle and decorative lattice catalogue; locks, hinges and door closers are specified separately per project. Orders are quoted by model and quantity, and each handle is bagged with its fixings for export packing. Adam Alux extrudes 6063-T5 primary aluminium in-house and supplies the catalogue under OEM and ODM terms, with private-label packing available.

Send the door construction, the finish you want and the model numbers from the range, and the quotation returns with quantities, finish codes and packing detail. One order can therefore mix shapes and finishes, and the packing list returns one line per model and finish code.

FAQ

Asked about the handle range

Which finishes are available on the bar handles?

Three: mirror, brushed and black titanium. The finish is quoted with the model number.

How many bar shapes are in the catalogue?

Five: bar, bent, Y, oval and wave.

Can one shape be ordered in every finish?

Yes. The three finishes run on the same bar shapes, so the drilling does not change with them.

Which models can we order from?

Representative catalogue models include JBM-8082, JBM-907, JBM-8239 through JBM-8247, JBM-8058A, JBM-8801, JBM-824 and JBM-825A.

Do you support private label on the handles?

Yes. OEM and ODM terms cover private-label packing and export packing.

Are the aluminium parts made in-house?

Yes. The aluminium parts are extruded in-house from 6063-T5 primary aluminium.
