Aluminium Profiles
Industrial Aluminium Profiles Extruded to Your Drawing
Most industrial jobs open with a part that has to hold something up, carry a load across a gap or sit inside a machine. Adam Alux Systems extrudes 6063-T5 primary aluminium in house and takes those sections on as drawings rather than as a stock list. The plant has been in production since 1997 across three bases in China, and the window and door series run off the same extrusion lines. An industrial enquiry is quoted against the section you send.
What the industrial line covers
The industrial line handles structural and general extrusion: brackets, frames, rails, and profiles that go into furniture, machinery guards, transport fittings, display systems and solar mounting. The sections are not drawn from a published range, so the work begins with the shape and the job it has to do rather than with a model number. That shapes the quote: the plant reads the section, the load it carries and the quantity, and prices the extrusion against them.
Extrusion in 6063-T5 aluminium
Industrial profiles are extruded from 6063-T5 primary aluminium, the grade used across the plant's window and door work, chosen for strength, hardness and resistance to cracking. Wall thickness and chamber layout follow the drawing and the load, so a section built to carry a bracket and one built to stiffen a frame come off the same lines with different bodies. Extrusion runs in house from billet to finished profile, which keeps the grade and the tolerances inside one plant.
Quoted against your drawings
Send the section drawing, the load the profile has to carry and the quantity, and the extrusion is quoted against them. Where a shape is not yet a catalogue item but sits close to one that exists, the plant reviews the drawing and comes back with the nearest fit before a die is cut. Die and tooling details, along with the timing of the run, are confirmed at quotation rather than assumed on the enquiry.
Finishing industrial profiles
Finishes run to anodised, thermal transfer and fluorocarbon coatings, the same lines the window and door profiles use. RAL matching is available on request, and two-tone work is possible where an industrial part shows an exterior and an interior face. A plain mill finish is quoted where the profile sits hidden inside an assembly and the coat would add nothing to the part.
Packing and supply
Profiles ship in export-standard containers with private-label packing where the customer works under its own brand. A sample profile set is available on request before a production run, so the part can be checked against the drawing and the assembly. The quotation carries the dimensional and packing detail for the order.
FAQ
Frequently asked
What industrial profiles do you extrude?
Structural and general sections: brackets, frames, rails and profiles for furniture, machinery, transport fittings, display systems and solar mounting. The work starts from the drawing and the load the part carries rather than from a published range.
Do you extrude to our own drawing?
Yes. Send the section, the load and the quantity, and the extrusion is quoted against them. Where a shape sits close to one the plant already runs, the nearest fit is reviewed first, before a die is cut for a new section.
Which aluminium grade is used?
6063-T5 primary aluminium, the grade shared with the window and door series, chosen for strength, hardness and resistance to cracking. Wall thickness follows the drawing and the load the profile has to take.
Which finishes are available?
Anodised, thermal transfer and fluorocarbon coatings, with RAL matching on request and two-tone work where a part shows an exterior and an interior face. A plain mill finish is quoted where the profile stays hidden inside an assembly.
Can we see a sample before the run?
Yes. A sample profile set is available on request before a production run, so the section can be checked against the drawing and the assembly it goes into, with private-label packing available for the order.
